How we can Help

Cwm Taf Morgannwg CHC provide a free, independent, client-led advocacy service that covers all aspects of NHS treatment and care.  The service is available to all residents in Bridgend, Merthyr, Pontypridd and the Rhondda, irrespective of where the treatment was provided.

The level of support is tailored to the individual’s requirement.  It is provided in a friendly, confidential and professional manner.  We aim to encourage the NHS to learn from their mistakes and improve services where necessary.

Our service complies with National Standard for Advocacy and the aims are:-

  • to offer support in putting forward concerns to the appropriate NHS Organisation for investigation.

We can help you with:-

  • Writing letters
  • Supporting you at NHS Complaint meetings
